Located at 4165 Blackhawk Plaza Circle, Suite 250 in Danville, Dr. Arnold's office is in The Blackhawk Medical Plaza right next to the Blackhawk Movie Theater. 

Dr. Arnold's office is handicapped accessible and is equipped with an elevator.  You can click here to be taken to MapQuest to get directions.

Because of the many facets of Dr. Arnold's practice and the need to accommodate his patients for:

Dr. Arnold holds very flexible office hours that usually range from Monday through Saturday from 7 am - 7 pm as well as Sundays.  You can reach Dr. Arnold by phone (925-321-4668) or email (PitchingDoc@msn.com) to make an appointment.

Once an appt. is made, Dr. Arnold will email you the paperwork to complete and either bring to the office or fax to 925-886-4897.  This enables you to be seen immediately once you come to the office.
